Challenges
Creating a user-friendly experience for document signatures on mobile devices was the primary challenge. Balancing the simplicity needed for mobile usability with the robust functionality required for document management demanded thoughtful design and continuous refinement.
Research
The design process was guided by secondary research and industry best practices. This approach provided a well-rounded understanding of user expectations, ensuring the final product aligned with both market demands and user needs.

Lock Sign
A SaaS Cross-Platform Startup
Recently launched successfully and now in the scale-up phase, Lock Sign is a SaaS document-signing platform developed with a strong focus on user-centric design. Our team was tasked with the comprehensive product design—from initial research through to the final responsive UI—ensuring a seamless transition to the development team. This project was completed in collaboration with our tech partner, Indigi Labs, and serves as a featured case study of our capabilities.
Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes
Our initial design phase involved the creation of detailed wireframes that mapped the entire user journey—making sure every interaction was intuitive and accessible. From these wireframes, we built low-fidelity prototypes to test core functionality and refine the user experience. Early testing and feedback allowed us to make essential adjustments—ensuring the product met user expectations before moving to high-fidelity design stages.
Design System
To ensure consistency across all devices, we developed a comprehensive design system. This system included a cohesive set of guidelines for typography, color schemes, icons, and UI components. By standardizing these elements, we streamlined the development process—reduced potential design inconsistencies—and created a visually unified experience that reinforced brand identity and user trust.
Responsive UI Design
In the final design stage, we created a fully responsive UI that seamlessly adapts to various screen sizes and devices. This approach was critical for enhancing both usability and accessibility—regardless of whether users accessed the platform via desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The result was a polished, user-centered product that met high standards of usability and visual appeal.
Outcome and Reflection
While we do not yet have concrete metrics that reflect the full scale of the project’s impact—we know that Lock Sign has been successfully launched on both Google Play and the iOS App Store. This milestone is a testament to our effective, research-driven design approach and the strength of our partnership with Indigi Labs. The project exemplifies our commitment to delivering scalable, high-quality design solutions that empower startups to succeed.
